I have been visiting Hilton Head over 20 years and stop at Amigos everytime. They have the best BBQ Chicken Salad I have ever tried. Some of the best Mexican food on the island.

Where do I start??? Randomly stopped in because we wanted Mexican. This place was close to our villa and highly rated so figured we’d give it a try. Best decision I made all trip! Happy hour is from 4-6pm and they have free chips, 1/2 price margs, and $1 off beer. The margaritas were great and the service was amazing! Food was delicious and portions were massive. Our bill was under $40 for 2 entrees and 3 margaritas. I don’t think I’ve ever met a burrito I couldn’t finish, but I was stuffed while having enough left over for another meal tomorrow. This little Mexican joint in a strip mall is a hidden gem. I will be back the next time I visit Hilton Head!

Just WOW!!! The food is amazing and the portions are huge. My husband and I shared the Fajitas and we still had enough for 2 more to take home. Chips and salsa are great. The chicken quesadilla was very large and delicious. Highly recommend and this is now one of our new favorites. The staff were super friendly

My wife and I were blown away having dinner here the other night. This is one of the best burritos I’ve ever had. The fact that they serve an oyster burrito got my attention. We also had the happy hour margarita’s that were half off, great deal! The staff is amazingly quick to see if you need anything. They also wrapped up my wife’s salad for her. Thank you for a great meal. Don’t underestimate a smaller restaurant, this place is worth checking out!!

Amigos pairs great food, friendly and attentive service, & quality atmosphere. We enjoyed al Pastor tacos that we very tasty and plenty; wonderful fish tacos; size-able portions of cheese quesadillas; and a very fine taco salad. We were impressed with the quality of food (esp the salsa and guacamole) and the people who were friendly, helpful, and attentive. Amigos gets busy. Seating is inside and outside. Once you get your seat, look at the menu and then go to the counter to order.

RRT #59 May 8 (Random Road Trip) Amigos Cafe Y Cantina Hilton Head After a great day on the boat we did our RRT to Amigos. We heard people raving about them and had to give them a taste. They did not disappoint! We had the salad with the bbq chicken and it was amazing. The staff was really attentive and very friendly–definitely felt like a local, friendly restaurant/bar.
